User accounts are required to maintain your address list, view your order history, or submit return requests. User accounts can be created from the Create an Account page. For your convenience, a user account will also be created automatically if you checkout as a guest (you will receive an email shortly after ordering that will allow you to create your password).
Purchases will be charged to your method of payment as soon as your order is submitted. Once an order is purchased, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam folder. If you still have not received your order confirmation email, please contact Customer Service. For your security, please do not include any credit card information in your emails.
Orders take 1-3 business days to process, so please keep this in mind while choosing expedited shipping options. Order processing may be delayed in the case of federal holidays within the United States. Please read the Shipping & Delivery section below for more information.
For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, which may cause a slight delay in processing your order.
If you are a customer outside the United States, you can select to process your order with International Checkout. Processing through International Checkout usually results in reduced, more affordable shipping charges. An extra 3 days of processing time may be required on orders placed through International Checkout. Please note that international orders are not returnable.
Although we try to make sure that all prices are correct, sometimes errors may occur. If we find a pricing error on your purchase, we will give the option to either confirm the order at the corrected price, or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order.
Price Adjustment & Matching
Price adjustments can be made on items that were purchased at full price. If your full-priced merchandise is marked down on our website within 1 week of the original order date, we will submit a refund for the difference in price to your original form of payment. If you paid using a gift certificate, you will receive your refund in the form of store credit instead. If your full-priced merchandise is marked down between 1 and 4 weeks of the original order date, we will refund the difference in store credit only. Claims for price adjustments can be made up to one month from the original order date. A price adjustment can only be made on a given item once. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Price adjustments cannot be applied to transactions that used a coupon code.
Tart Collections does not match other online retailers' advertised prices.
All products are subject to varied availability. While we strive to keep stock levels updated, some items may run out of stock before we can make an update. If an item you have ordered runs out of stock before your order ships, we will notify you and your card will be refunded. At this time, we are unable to perform exchanges, and a new order must be placed instead if you wish to re-order.
All purchases, except those purchased via the International Checkout method, are shipped via United Parcel Service. UPS Ground is free on all orders to the contiguous United States. For your security, if your order is being shipped to an apartment, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Expedited shipping methods are available at extra cost. Available methods include 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day. Any shipping costs are calculated by weight.
Saturday delivery is not available.

Most items may be shipped to the United States via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days AFTER your order has shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

3 Day Select, normally 3 business days. Most items may be shipped to the United States via UPS 3 Day Select service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days AFTER your order has shipped.
|UPS 2nd Day
Normally 2 business days
Second Day, normally 2 business days. Most items may be shipped to the United States via UPS Second Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days AFTER your order has shipped.
|UPS Next Day
Normally 1 business day
UPS Next Day, normally 1 business day. Most items may be shipped to the United States via UPS Next Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day AFTER your order has shipped.
Please allow for 1-3 days for your order to process before calculating shipping time. Federal holidays and peak shipping seasons may impact processing and shipping times.
UPS Ground Shipping Speed
The following map may be used to estimate the arrival of packages shipped via UPS Ground.
A shipping confirmation message containing your shipment tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.
Tart Collections wants you to love your new look! Return shipping is free if shipped from within the contiguous United States. For returns originating in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories, return shipping is $11.95. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders. Please note that any shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be authorized before they can be sent to us. Returns received without authorization will be sent back to you.
When submitting your Return Request, please make sure that your return falls within the following conditions:
For All Returns
- Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered.
- All items must retain their original tags.
- We do not accept returns on any intimates bottoms or swim suits.
For a Refund to your original form of payment
- Return Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date received in your shipment.
- After receiving your return shipment label, you must ship your return within 5 days. (Returns shipped later than 5 days after receipt of your label will only be refunded in the form of store credit.)
For a Refund in Store Credit
- Return Requests must be submitted within 45 days of the invoice date received in your shipment.
- Returned items must arrive at the the Tart Collections warehouse within 60 days.
- Items purchased completely with gift certificates can only be refunded in store credit.
Return requests submitted over 45 days after your invoice date will not be accepted. Returns received over 60 days after your invoice date, along with any unauthorized returns, will be sent back without any refunds issued.
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be made—your item must be returned, and then a new order must be submitted. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post a refund to your account.
For orders where dollar-amount coupons have been used, the dollar-amount discount will be divided by the number of items in your order and applied to each item. This does not apply to promotions which require a minimum order total, and the value of the items being kept are less than the minimum order total.
Orders cannot be modified after being placed, and must instead be canceled if the wrong item was ordered. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify Customer Service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate a cancellation, but will be unable to if it has already been processed for shipment. If we are unable to cancel the order, the normal return process must be followed.
Coupon codes are valid on selected products only. Coupon codes may not be valid on items priced at a 50% or higher discount. Orders may be canceled if they have been placed with coupon codes that cannot be proved to be legitimately obtained. Coupon codes cannot be applied on orders that have already been placed.
