UPS Ground - Normally 3-8 business days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federalholidays within the United States. -
UPS 2nd Day - Normally 2 business days
Second Day, normally 2 business days Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Second Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. -
UPS Overnight - Normally 1 business day
UPS Overnight, normally 1 business day Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Next Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day.
Shipping Policy
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to eight full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
If your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday.
Note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Return Policy
Requests for returns must be made within 2 weeks of the date on the invoice, and can be made by email or phone. Please have your name, invoice number and reason for your return ready when contacting us.
Returns are eligible for a refund to your original form of payment. Effective May 1, return shipping is just $7.95 and is automatically deducted from your refund.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of the date of receiving your UPS return shipping label. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If your package arrives at our office within the time line specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of your return.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tart.
