I am always nervous ordering from new companies based solely on an Instagram ad. I have definitely gotten some duds. But Tart Collections was awesome!! Great quality, exactly what I was expecting, and the fit was right on. I've very excited I not only discovered this company but this dress was true to what was advertised.
