Refund policy


Thank you for shopping with Tart Collections. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely happy with your TART Collections merchandise, we welcome you to return the new items for a full refund to you original payment method. We hope you shop with us again!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders. Please note that any shipping charges are not refundable.

  • If the item arrived damaged, not as ordered, or is deemed faulty, please first contact us at customerservice@tartcollections.com
  • Please make sure that all merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered and has all original tags attached.

  • All returns must be submitted within 25 days of the invoice date received in your shipment.

  •  Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

  • We recommend that you secure tracking or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage. The merchandise you choose to return is your responsibility until we receive them, we are not responsible for any return items that are lost in transit or incorrectly addressed. 
  • At this time, we cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you purchased for a refund and place a new order at tartcollections.com

  • All return postage costs are at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged, not as ordered, or is deemed faulty - in which case you must first contact us at customerservice@tartcollections.com

  • Due to safe hygiene protocols, face masks and gaiters cannot be returned.

  • Swimwear should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene strips attached.

  • If you return more than $5,000 in a 12-month period you may be subject to a modified returns policy. We will contact you about any changes.

SALE MERCHANDISE

  • In the case of flash sales, Black Friday, or other special events where merchandise is discounted, some sales may be final and cannot be returned. All Final Sale items end in .97 cents. 
    • Items on sale with 80% or more discounts are not eligible for returns.

Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive and issue your refund, whether it be in original payment form or web credit.

All returns are at the discretion of our Returns Department and we reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t comply with Tart Collections' return policy.
